      <image:title>Our Story - In 2010…</image:title>
<image:caption>Founders Adam and Anne fell in love with the light, the brick walls, and the concrete floors. They envisioned a café that values community, sustainability, good food and good people, and they got the ball rolling. The name they chose reflects a local origin: English settlers called the native people Narragansett, adapted from Nanhigganeuck, meaning "people of the small point." Their goal was to make a comfortable place for anyone to be.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Story - Nowadays…</image:title>
<image:caption>Adam keeps the ball rolling, and you just might find him working the counter, or see him at the local market picking up ingredients. Adam and the Small Point crew continually strive to create a mutually beneficial and sustainable work practice. We demonstrate, through our efforts and successes, that conservation, recycling, care, and quality, contribute to a more sustainable world and better communities. We go out of our way to source and serve foods that we feel good about, including locally sourced ingredients. Apples and cider are sourced seasonally from Barden Family Orchard, cheese, butter and yogurt from Cabot and Narragansett Creamery, organic fair trade coffee from local independent roasters, and fresh local milk.</image:caption>
